What is the price for delivery?
Delivery is priced at £9.99 + VAT for orders under £100.00 before VAT. If you spend over £100 before VAT then delivery is free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are only able to deliver to mainland UK addresses. However you are welcome to arrange your own courier when the fabric is ready for collection.
Can I get any samples?
Yes, we offer 6 samples at a time free of charge. Just fill in the contact us form with a list of samples you require and your address and we will get our samples department to send them out in the post.
Can you supply fabrics that aren’t on your website?
Yes, if the fabric you would like is from one of our suppliers we would be able to get this for you. Please use the contact us form to enquire.
What lengths of fabric can I buy?
You can purchase any of our fabrics per metre. After one metre you can add ½ metres of the same fabric to your order.
Does the fabric come rolled or folded?
Our fabrics are delivered on a roll to avoid creases.
What if I need my fabric to be fire retardant?
Most of our fabrics are not fire retardant due to their compositions being fade resistant and designed for outdoor use. Our AURA fabric range is fire retardant to CRIBB 5 standard.
How long will my fabric take to arrive?
The fabrics can vary in delivery time depending if they are in stock. Please see our availability page for more details.
Can I return an item?
Once fabric has been cut specifically for you then it cannot be returned. We urge all our customers to therefore make use of the free samples service to make sure they are happy with their choice. Colours on screen can always be slightly different than the actual fabric colour.
Can I give specific delivery instructions?
All our orders are send via courier, once dispatched they should arrive within 1-2 working days. We do pass your details to the courier but please be aware that delivery drivers are not required to call before delivery it is at the discretion of the individual driver. We can ask them to leave the parcel with a certain neighbour or in a safe place, however some couriers would require a signature as proof of delivery.
What happens if I am not in when the courier comes?
Courier will leave a card with instructions if you are not home when they attempt delivery. They will make three attempts before sending the parcel back to us.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
Your order will be packaged in strong wrap to help ensure its safe delivery. If you notice your parcel is damaged when being delivered please either sign for it as damaged or refuse the delivery if you believe it is too damaged for use. We can then launch a complaint with the courier. Please contact us immediately if you have any delivery issues.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, Invoices are sent out in the post or by email once the fabric has been dispatched.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, we can send your order to any address you provide within UK Mainland.
Do I need to have a business to order from you?
No, we sell to trade and retail customers.
Are the prices including VAT?
No, all prices are excluding VAT.
Can I amend my order once it’s been placed?
Yes, as long as the fabric hasn’t been cut you may change your order. Just contact us with the changes you wish to make.
